It is a well-documented truth that in the last few years thee have been substantial paradigm shifts in the way businesses are operated and expanded. Over eighteen years of experience in the software industry, in various positions and roles. She has also handled areas of Human Resource Development in Software Engineering and has been associated with setting up of quality processes including SEI - CMM Certification and Management System enhancements. She has handled wide-ranging technologies like Client Server Architecture, Distributed Systems, Web technologies, RDBMS, OOAD. She has wide working experience of C++, VC++, VB, Java, Corba, DCom, .Net etc.
